I think for some folks sexuality is so tied up in shame that without shame there can be no sex. In being humiliated while being aroused, the shame makes the sexual feelings seem "OK" somehow. It's just a guess on my part.

However, putting oneself in a "cuck" role to hear about, listen to, watch a partner being used by someone else doesn't necessarily have to really involve humiliation except in the "playacting" role.
