The wife and I went out of the night last night with another couple and went to a place called Dave and Busters.

This is a new place here in Pittsburgh it is a chain and we found it to be an awsome place...............Every kind of video game know to man........all kinds of virtual games ,14 pool tables........Real nice place to eat.....Next to each game there are small tables to set your drink or beer.....Yes they have a great bar...........The best way to describe it is an adult chuckie chesse............

They park your car, the place is big time clean..........All around first class......Staff is great.........like a little vegas you flip a light on while your playing a game and they will bring you a drink right to the game.........................Skitten and I both loved it.....If you ever looking for a nice place to go and have a little extra cash , go check it out....................What a nice place..............................

We have them here in Atlanta but I have never been. Will have to try them.

Yes, Definetely go and check it out, it is a totally awesome place to go. Never been to a place quite like this.
It has something for everyone. We really enjoyed ourselves
so if you are looking for something really cool to do try this place, you will be amazed.

Thanks for the advice Wizard and Skittne, now all I will have to do is find a way down to PA and have extra money to spend for amusement. The nearest thing I can think of up here in Canada to compare would be Dooley's I think

There's a very large Dave & Buster's (D&B) in a mall near us (northern California). Have been there several times. Besides the huge number of video game machines, it has a very nice family restaurant (good food at reasonable prices in a nice atmosphere), a pick-up bar (it's amusing watching the 20-somethings trying to make a love connection with total strangers over beer/wine and pretzels), and even a movie theatre (being family-oriented, it is mostly PG movies).

BTW, the mall itself (where D&B's is located) is HUGE, you could spend DAYS in there. It was converted fom an old Ford automobile plant where they used to make Mustangs in the 1960s, so you can imagine how gigantic the mall is when it occupies the whole former auto factory! Among Frank's and my favorite stores in that mall, is one that sells sexy his-and-hers garments, X-rated videos, and various adult toys. But we're not "preverts" ALL the time: there is also a huge sporting-goods store, a video/music store, and a book store we like to go to--and about 100 clothing stores, if you can't find the clothing you want in this mall, it doesn't exist.

Yep, been several times. Loved it each and every time. Didn't know they were a national chain though. Good to hear them doin' so well.

Latina, what part of northern CA and what mall are you talking about. I live in the bay area and do not know of that mall. Can't even think of one that was converted from a former Ford factory. Thanks.

We have one here...I've been meaning to get there for the past 2 years!....now I have an excuse.

Is it a place the kids are welcome or is it just for us big kids?

Here, after 7 or 8, kids have to go to bed. The adult fun begins at D&B then. No, not strip poker, heavy drinking.

Hey... we have one of those here but seldom go due to the 5 dollar cover, ridiculously desperate intoxication, over-priced games, & and high possibility of running into women with not only the wrong make up on... but WAY the ^&&*& too much of it. (Okay so that was mean but if you saw these women you would understand, beleive me!)

Okay off to rehearsal all! Goodnight!

The one here in Pittsburgh I can't say enough good about them the staff was awsome.
Kids have to be out by 10 pm and the place was packed ....not over packed , but packed non the less.

Everyone that mention they might go take some cash and a wife , husband, date or left hand and go ..........check the place out.
I'm one of the ones that bitch about poor service at most palces but this place rules........I will be back again............A truly great time..................

It's located in Milpitas, CA, which is next to the city of San Jose. The mall is called The Great Mall. Dave & Buster's moved in there maybe 2-3 years ago.

There are exhibits all over the mall about when they used to be a Ford factory, including a 1957 Ford that was built there, it's on a revolving turntable. Photos of inside the plant, even a rickety old three-wheelbicycle that factory security used.

Thank you Latina. I do know the mall but live just north of The City so don't make it down that way to often. Obviously you know how bad traffic is on 880 and 101. Parking lots for 20 miles some days. Thank you Latina.

We have one and now I'm goin'!!!!

Maybe Adoratrice will be there too;)

Yes!!!!! I love D&Bs there is one in my area in a mall not as big as the one I went to in Philadelphia but still lots of fun, and the food is excellent. The only problem with Dave and Busters is that you can easily blow a hundred bucks in that place. It's like Chucky Cheeses for adults.
