Anyone can claim racism, but can they make it stick?

We had a shooting not far from where I live last night. A guy kicked in the front door of a house and entered with a knife in hand. The homeowner, 70 plus years old grabbed his gun and shot the invader. The person breaking in died on the scene.

This evening on the local news the family of the shooting victim was screaming for blood. They wanted the home owner charged with murder. They claim that he killed their family member because of his race.

Now comes the funny part. The guy who kicked in the front door knife in hand was white. He has an extensive record. Hell he just got out of jail for armed robbery. (His last victim spent a couple of weeks in the hospital.) His family is claiming the home owner shot him without provocation because of his race.

Somehow I don't see this case making it to court.

The guy who was responsible was dead...it was the family that just couldn't deal with the bad seed they had produced. IMHO.

I propose that moronic family of his serve the sentence the deceased would have received had he killed that old man, which he probably would have.

No, punishment is not the right way. Instead, the moronic family should be required to go back and again take grades nine through 12 of high school. Failure to attend or excessive tardiness would result in the failing moronic family member being declared outlaw.

Well you know I did start reading that thread. Then I decided that it was more educational, as well as more entertaining to play with the cats than it was to watch people I have never heard of posting trash. (I much prefer to read threads being run by people I know where they post trash.)
