Anyone along the Oregon coast?

I am going to be going on a two week adventure from Oct 14th through the 25th along the Oregon coast.

Does anyone here know where I can get into trouble along the way?

Oh did I ever! There was this wave that snuck up on me as the tide came in at sunrise and knocked me on my butt.

The under current can be deadly. There is at least one death a year from that along the Oregon or Washington coast.

It was at cannon beach and I was far enough back that I was safe from being pulled out. It was the first wave to get to where I was standing.

The Coast from Tillamook south is much more scenic. Especially from Port Orford and south.
