I am looking at a job description and trying to figure out what they might offer in salary. Its for a Prepress Manager and the description is below. Any help is appreciated.

The position is responsible for directing a graphics and customer service team in ad building, design, graphics manipulation, pagination, file management and advertising customer service.

This management position requires leadership, quick thinking, pagination and file/customer service management. The prepress manager serves an integral role in strategic planning and implementation of business goals, including departmental revenue and expense budgets

Graphics Art Department - Customer Service Manager

The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years experience in a leadership position and technical skills including but not limited to:



. Ad design

. Image acquisition

. Production planning and evaluation

. Pre-flighting and PDF workflow management

. Electronic pagination

. Experience with Macintosh and PC operating systems

. In Design, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat software

. Technical support for all Windows Microsoft Office applications

. Newspaper experience preferred but not required
