Has anybody noticed that some of the "popular" stories only have like 1 thread and haven't been updated in years?
Anybody notice?

Both of those sets, at least those on the front page, are all recent.

Because the system is messed up.
For some reason stories with only one thread get higher prority on the list. I had a story there a week ago at 4.0. but when I added another thread and someone voted on it with a 5.0 my story rating went up but it vanashied off of the popular stories list. The story rating system actually punishes you for adding threads.
Take my story 3 famalies.
If I look at it on the stories page it says it has a 0.0 rating.
If I look at it under my stories it has a 4.7 rating.
Same with your story highschool fantasy it has a 0.0 rating with 839 votes.
