BUT!!!

i done did it good this time. Finished my fourth week of work, moved out and away from the RA the day after finding out the job was mine. Lawyers have been working overtime. Papers will be served within the week, or i'm going to be kicking lawyers' asses. Within the next two months i'll be legally single again.

Still won't be around as much as before, since i've got two roommates to consider and an actual social life now. Gasp!

So... uh.... Was i missed?

Yay! i feel so loved!

Yes roommates, a couple of good friends of mine,but no kids. Part of the divorce agreement is that he has primary custody for the next three years and i have weekend and holiday visitation. Technically. We're already fiddling and wrangling days and i can drive over and see them any time i want.

This is actually a really good thing, though. i won't have to pay him child support (it's in the papers) and he'll have to pay for day care until the youngest is old enough for school. Then i have the option of taking over primary custody. Don't have to exercise it, but... heh. Anyway, that means all i have to worry about during winter is after school care for all of them, and he's already agreed to pay the state minimum child support if and when i get them.
