Anybody know this story...?

I was wondering if anybody knows the name of a story I read once and was trying to recount to someone but forgot most of the details!!!!

The story involved a university lecturer who had been developing a machine that allowed two bodies to switch minds. After he raped one of his employees, she uses it against him, and he becomes a girl, and vice-versa. They make him their slave as punishment and has to watch the girl in his body have sex with his wife. I think the wife's name was Rebecca - but I'm not sure???? As a girl, he gets raped also and understands what it feels like. It sounds a bit crazy, but I was trying to remember what it was...

Any help, and I would be grateful.

I know the story you're talking about, but the name escapes me at the moment.
