Anybody got access to OED

I came across this word the other day and I can neither figure out what it means from context nor can I find it in a dictionary. I've scoured the web resources that I can find, but it just isn't there. HELP! It drives me nuts to find that not only do I not know every word in the english language, I can't even add it to my vast lexicon.

What was the context? Are you sure it's spelled correctly?

After a quick check in and around the internet, i could only find this single reference on the University of Wisconsin - River Falls website.

"After Chemation. . . Cecelia Beaux . . . Impressionism "

This was accompanied by a broken link to a picture... presumably by Cecelia Beaux
