Purrde Flower said:It made me feel a lot better. People don't have to be ass's. Most of them hate teir job more than you hate them calling. But it pays. They hire just about anyone. So if someone doesn't have a lot of work experience and getting turned down left and right for other places they get hired. They get paid. They can keep the place they live in, feed their family and pay all the bills.
modest mouse said:None of that changes the fact that you are calling someones house who does not want to talk to you. They have every right to be angry and if they tell you that you turn around and use their phone number against them. Not only is that unprofessional its morally wrong.
Cheyenne said it better to start this page.
modest mouse said:Purrde,
If your job is prank calling people then you are going to catch some shit. Do you ever wonder why anyone can be a telemarketer? Its because they are hated and catch shit. No mystery there. Deal with it like aprofessional or dont be a telemarketer.
You fucked up, dont try to defend it. Just admit it. And admit that calling people homes to pitch shit is going to get you yelled at.
modest mouse said:The only lesson is that prank calls are bad. Whether you get paid to do it or not is unimportant.
I only posted because, frankly, your actions surprised me.
