When I was looking for an avatar I just went to yahoo and typed in the search engine Avatars and it brought up a bunch of pages to choose from. Sorry I cant remember any specific addy's. Good luck and happy hunting

HELP please!

Don't rely on avatar sites for a unique avatar.

Take a digital photo of your dog, capture a frame from a DVD movie, save a picture you like from the web, or scan a favorite book cover. Then, resize it down to 150 pixels and less than 20Kb before saving it in JPeg or GIF format for your avatar.

The only thing you have to watch for is picking a picture that is too "busy" to reduce down to avatar size and retain it's clarity.

(If you don't know how, or don't have the software to resize pictures, post or link the picture here, and someone will resize it for you in no time at all.)
