Yes, we were all noobies once but some of us weren't stupid noobies. It is really a simple thing to take a look around so you know what is going on, maybe join a few threads, instead of starting a thread before you know what you are doing. The more stupidity that goes on the bitchier things get and there are a lot of noobie threads that shouldn't be here. So if you read a few threads you would see, oh, if I post this in here they are going to flay me alive.

So get over it or leave. It's not like we are following them outside of this forum to harass them and if they need to be coddled, I'll leave that to you.

I have been here a while......and yes people make mistakes, and yes people can be stupid at times. I don't come into this part of Lit often, and I dont even know the guy who posted - but that kind of smug, we-know-better attitude of people who have been in forums for a long time is just something I can't stand.
It doesn't take much effort to be courteous, that's all - I think maybe you have been here too long!
