Just wondering if any women out there (or men who know women who have) have had any experience supplementing the big T. Apparently the supplements for men are too strong but seems that one might just take them less often. Also, are there any supplements or creams etc. which might be rubbed on the breast/vagina areas which might have an immediate effect??
any experience, sure would like to hear about it.

My wife has taken it in the past and just started again. Both times she's had a cream that we rub into her pussy lips. But the effect still isn't immediate. She says it's supposed to take a few weeks. She's taking it to increase her sex drive. When she took it before she said she knew what it felt like to be a guy because she started thinking about sex and feeling compulsions very frequently. She didn't like it, so she got a smaller dose this time.

Slowpok
any notion of what the name of it is.

yes

I've been taking bioidentical testosterone for several years, along with bioidentical estrogen and progesterone. I started down that road as a way to deal with the unpleasant side-effects of menopause, and discovered that there was a tremendous therapeutic upside. Boosted libido, sexual responsiveness, lubrication. Along with lots of other good things, like better mood, more energy, better sleep. Soon after I started, I had acquaintances stop me in, say, the produce section of the grocery store, wanting to know what I was doing to look so good. (Just sayin'.)

I would NEVER take hormones without being under medical supervision in doing so. It's a huge, big deal to tinker with one's hormones. My doctor runs blood tests on me regularly to check my hormone levels, and adjusts accordingly to make sure my dosage levels are within the right therapeutic range. If I were queen of the universe, one of my first mandates would be that every human being should have his or her hormone levels tested at about age 30, and at regular intervals after that, to determine if supplements are warranted. In hindsight, I see that I suffered from too-low sex hormones for years.... in ways that adversely affected my health, not just my sex life. And for what it's worth, the sex hormones are just part of the whole complicated, interrelated hormone system in our bodies that plays a huge role in our overall health and wellbeing, including but not limited to sexually.

i wonder if females taking testosterone doesnt also increase their clit's size.since this hormone is responsible for increasing both size and libido in men's development years aka adolescence

Having been involved in performance and personal training for 20+ years and having dated a number of female bodybuilders, I've known a fair number of women who have tinkered with androgenic, anobolic hormones.

I've known and been with a number who have used for muscle enhancement, a few who have used for libido and a few who have used testosterone for hormone replacement therapy after menopause.

It's a subject I've been fascinated with for a couple decades now and I'm well read and experienced on the subject.

As silver_vixen mentioned, I believe most people would benefit from having their hormone levels checked annually after age 30 or 35.

At 46, I've been on testosterone replacement therapy for 2 years and it was the best decision of my life. I should have done it 5-6 years earlier.

As for women using testosterone and experiencing an increase in clitoral size, it doesn't always happen with simple replacement dosage, but usually occurs with a dosage above what would simply be hormone replacement. Most women also report and increase in clitoris sensitivity, not to mention an increase in libido.

Personally I quite enjoy a woman with a hormone enhanced clitoris.

Hello, Mrs. E here:

I completely agree that having healthy hormone balance is crucial to good overall health for men and women. I've been on bio-identical hormone replacement also for 7 years and it has been a godsend for me after experiencing a complete hysterectomy at the age of 33.

As for testosterone, I was on it regularly at first but started to experience "thunderclap" headaches just before orgasm (nothing will kill the mood faster than feeling like your head is going to explode!) so I backed off the T and they cleared up. My doctor suggested I take DHEA instead, 25 mg per day. I've been doing that for a year now and my blood testosterone level, as well as estrogen and progesterone, are now perfect. I guess DHEA helps your body make sex hormones.

I would also add that you should always be under a doctor's supervision when taking hormone supplements. And don't start and stop them suddenly, it can really mess you up!

trying to find out specifics

Just bumping this thread up a bit and wondering about specifics on the testosterone supplement thing - specifically, any one ever used any creams on the vaginal lips to absorb into the skin - heard of them but cannot find any specific reference to name or anything. PM me if you cannot put a name in here because of forum rules.
