any thoughts on the handicapable?

Today I was in the supermarket and I saw this really nice looking guy. He caught my eye and gave me what I interpreted as a kind of flirty smile, which I of course returned! I didn't pursue it further, being a happily married woman and all that wot-wot, but I kept kinda thinking about him as the day went on - because not only was he good-looking, but he was also in a wheelchair.

Now I know there is a whole subgroup of amputee fetishists out there in the big world, but I am not one of them. But it did get me to thinking about maybe trying my hand at writing a hot, respectful story where the main male character was either an amputee or a parapalegic. One doesn't hear or see a lot of stories about the (normal, right?) desires of differently abled folks so I am wondering, does anyone know of any? Do you think people would read it if I gave it a shot? Anyone else want to have a go at it? Anyone out there reading this wheelchair bound, or a partner of someone who is?

Talk about timing! I just met a man online who is a paraplegic and we have been talking about fantasies and stuff. I told him I liked to write erotica, and he asked if I was thinking about writing a story based on him. When I admitted I was and if he minded (because it is a topic not addressed here at Lit that I've been able to find), he was very enthusiatic and excited about being the inspiration for such a story.

I'm currently working on an idea, but I believe there is always room for more than one imagination!

Actually, with this fellow I met online, we talked a good deal about sexual fantasies and desires of those who are paraplegic or quadroplegic. He was very pleased that some one would think to write a story about their sexuality, in that it isn't the same as men and women who have full use of their genitals.

One thing I did discover in talking to him. The community, typically, is relatively close-knit. So if one man or woman "in a chair" were to read such a story, they might tell others. It would be nice to know if any of Lit's readership are in wheelchairs. Makes you wonder?

just to add: I know this guy, he works in my company.

A few years ago, he was bitten by a tick (you know this small bloodsucking parasites ...). Sometimes, this ticks carry diseases, so they are dangerous, especially, if you don't notice when you are bitten (they are so damn small, you can be bitten without noticing it). At one time, the guy has to pee, so he tells the girl that she has to help him. She helps him to stand up. There is a tree with low hanging branches. He holds on to them, and tells the girl that she has to hold his penis.
The girl is not a virgin, she knows how to give a guy a handjob. So she pulls the penis out, but she holds it with a strong, tight, erotic grip ... so the guy gets a hard one.
Now, for the girls who don't know it: If a guy has a hard one, he can't pee. The penis has to be soft.
