Pretty sure you meant to post this in GLBT personals.... I also think the question isn't are there any transsexuals in Louisville KY but more, are there any transsexuals in Kentucky at all? If so I have no idea why they would be.

There are... just a matter of finding them. In the bigger picture, KY isn't much different than any other state, there's just less of the 'different' around. (I mean, I'm the only person I know who listens to metal where I'm at... but because I exist, there must be others like me that I've not come across ^_^).
