Any Ladder Monkeys here???

I have played a number of games @ yahoo for sometime now. But, recently, a friend from work told me about "Ladder Monkey" which is played in conjunction w/ yahoo games.

Right now I am a member of the following leagues; dominoes, cribbage, gin, & spades. I am sooooooooo addicted to the tourneys!! haha

The nick I use there is danger_kitty101. Was just wonderin if any of my fellow Literoticans were also monkeys??? And if you are, what leagues are you in and what nick do you go by??

well.... ladder monkey is a league that you join to play a variety of different games. the games are on www.games.yahoo.com if you are a member of ladder monkey you play games and tournaments against other monkeys... at the end of each game you report your win or loss. you earn "banana bux" for each game you play. in turn, the bux can be used to buy things in the sites online store and to participate in tournaments.

what suprises me most are how nice those people are there. it's like one huge frat/sorority party haha. At first I was strugglin along tryin to win bux. I think I had abt 175. Tourneys can be anywhere from free to 10,000 bux to participate. So, outta the blue, this chick i never even spoke to b4... transferred 500 bux to my account. She said she does it all the time cause she wins a lot of tourneys and likes to see other monkeys have fun.

Then.. a few nites ago, I played in a gin tournament that was free to enter. It had a total of 127 ppl competing, in which i got 2nd place, winning 10,000 bux. Sooooooooooooo... now I am a rich monkey!!! hehehe


PS... the most fun thing about it tho is the competitive nature of the beast
