Go to the "Amateur Picture Feedback" BB and read the "Free web sites" thread. (you'll probably need to go back 3 or 4 days to find the thread)

My favorite:

Go to www.p-bot.com, download some movies. Follow their links (they work) to other movies. Then follow thier links...etc. The movies they have posted change every few days, so with a little dilligence and a little experience you can get *skads* of video clips.
