You can call the NYC gay alliance...that's not the exact title but it will probably be good enough for google.

There is a "Not for tourists" handbook for sale at many NY magazine and book sellers. The book is a great way to find all kinds of things not considered acceptable for kids and families.

If you're there for Halloween it's hard to imagine not having many opportunities to debase and defile yourself and friends. Good luck.
