One of My Friends is really hammered. I know how to take care of hangovers, but how do you sober someone up fast? Coffee makes him throw up and a cold shower didn't work. Please, anyone with advice. I will be pathetically greatful.

A sharp slap upside the cheek. Unless he/she is violent, then skip it... Just find some way for them to focus on something, if it has to be you, so be it, just no violence...

All I can think is that if you can keep their eyes focused on something, they'll be open still... Don't let them sleep, if they are hammered bad it could be bad.

Water, give him plenty of water

It may not help in sobering him up, but it can help the headaches once he wakes up. It can also flush out some of the alcohol, and thin out the blood. Good luck!!

No Aspirin. Ibuprofen is less likely to upset your stomach.

Plenty of fluids. Water or juice. Milk is recommended alot, too. The liquids and other dairy products will retard the body's absorption of alcohol.

Alcohol leads to dehydration because it's a diuretic. Coffee is also a diuretic, so it ends up making you feel worse. NO more coffee. Dehydration is what leads to that trembly feeling.

Foods rich in Vitamin C can help the liver detoxify your blood.

Many people recommend a couple of tablespoons of honey in the morning. The fructose will help adjust your blood sugar back to normal (from a lower state). Low blood sugar makes you feel weak.

Got him drinking plenty of water, he's gone through about 32 oz so far. Problem is, He doesn't have a tolerance to alchol (I'm talking one shot of vodka lays this boy out) and he got upset, and got drunk and smoked pot. To make it worse, He did it on an empty stomach. Thank you KG

With this guy, I know the reason he got mad, I don't particularly like the way he handled it, but I can understand it. I'm even going to wait for the hangover to wear off before I yell at him.
