Just write it.

If there's a story in you and it feels like it needs to come out, just write it and put it out there. Or once it's done don't put it out there, but at least you wrote something and you'll know how it feels - and then you can write something else.

But as far as feedback goes, the only negative feedback that I've ever had was when I specifically asked someone for criticism. If people see it and don't like it, chances are they won't respond at all.

And for the most part, something poorly written that depicts a popular kink will get more and more positive feedback around here than something very well written that depicts something vanilla.

I WISH someone would send me a message telling me how shitty my writing is. I DREAM of someone tearing my craft apart. That means that someone has read it in detail and it made them feel very moved to tell me so. It would be a tremendous compliment.

So don't worry and don't be afraid. Just write it and put it out there.

I agree with pink silk. Don’t stifle your creativity. If you have an idea follow the basics: who, what, where, when,why...etc. you need to be descriptive of your subject matter and identify if you are searching for a male and/or female partner.

What I normally do is ask for a Pm from those interested giving me an idea if their writing style. If they stimulate me with wires then it’s a go. If I’m not interested I just don’t respond.

Only criticism I have ever noticed if some says the are looking for a rp partner and post a ambiguous one or wrong line idea. You need to create an image in a potential partners mind.

Absolutely, write it.

You CAN"T write with the fear of what others will think. Write for yourself first. It is impossible to satisfy everyone. No matter how masterful a writer you are, no matter how truly brilliant your idea is, someone is going to hate it. It's just the way it is.

And just to add to that cheery little note: there are trolls out there who read stuff they KNOW they're going to hate, and aren't hesitant to piss all over the place about it.

Be fearless. Fuck the trolls, and not in any good way. Write the story you'd like to read. There will be people out there who will like it as much as you do. There will be people who hate it as much as you like it, but you can't live your life in fear.

Go for it.
