Antifa does not organized events and they only show when facist white nationalist are marching....as a counter to their facist and racist agenda....so, again, this definition doesn't apply to them.

The only group recently that has clearly violated this definition of terrorism is the Jan. 6th group....they are in court.and being prosecuted.

The law and enforcement is decided upon by non-partisans as it always has in the great country of ours... thankfully it is still that way.so only the rightfully accused are tried and prosecuted.
