Giselle De'Lange had just finished her evening jog, having started just before the sun went down. Earlier in the day, she was in classes, dreading them greatly and glad the weekend was coming up. Working towards a degree was more strenuous than she originally thought. Her parents back home, outside of town, had warned her it would not be an easy task. Some days she wondered if it was really worth living with the roommates in her apartment. Giselle came to a stop at a near by bench, looking over the large pond in the center of the park. Everyone was either gone or on the way out, she quickly checked her phone to note the time. "That's not so bad.", she murmured, wiping sweat from her brow.
Slipping the phone back into the holster on her waist, she sighed soft. Fingers fanned the sweaty fabric off and on her body. The damp shirt did her massive chest little justice, as the transparent patches gave way to her creamy flesh beneath. The short gym shorts only accented tone and slender legs, making it rather obvious that this was a constant hobby of hers. Giselle walked slowly through the park, where the area grew more wooded. For the time being, she wanted a break, a chance to look at the stars above that she could see. From a distance, faint noises of the town echoed in the night. With a breath, the woman came to a clearing, trying to drown out the distraction and focus on the peace that always reminded her of home. As eyes gazed up to the sky, a star glimmered and shot across. Surely a comet of some sort, or so she thought, Giselle closed her eyes and silently wished for a lifetime of happiness.
