Another Travel Ban: IRS moves to revoke passports for unpaid taxes

How many of them are net taxpayers of substantial dollar amount owed to the IRS?

I read the article from a reliable source, studied the process and easily came to a conclusion that this was only going to effect the wealthiest of tax dodgers. It's too time consuming to go after the little guy and there is no guarantee that upon receiving certification that the State Department will do much of anything in hasty fashion.

I see you changed your link before I posted. I should have quoted it for I think you recognized the flaw household debt <> taxes owed.

Rather than chasing individuals (and companies) with stupid laws like the HR22 mentioned, we should scrap the current system and switch to the FairTax.org which taxes the transaction.

Pigs will fly before the Fair Tax is implemented. It kills the "rich don't pay their fair share" narrative and would destroy the tax preparation industry. And just think of the unionized IRS employees who would lose their pitiful jobs!

You are right. Too many people are enthralled with the fallacy of soaking the rich and sticking it to corporations without ever realizing that all they are doing is sticking it to themselves.

Leftists are perfectly happy hurting conservatives even if it means hurting themselves. :D

Okay, I'll bite. What's #1?

"1. Abolition of property in land and application of all rents of land to public purposes."

Its a work in progress. Over 34% of the entire land mass of the United States is owned by the government. The figure is increasing incrementally every year.
