I've posted before, just wanted to post again since it's been a while.

Can we please get HTTPS on the forum?

I didn't realize it was in place. THe link from the main page doesn't go to https. And the whole site should be. But the fact that it is there is a big plus

Sorry about the issue. :D

The problem is, when we forced it over, users were unhappy because it throws errors on every page with an embedded external non-HTTPS image. In some browsers, it blocks those images by default.

So, because of the way the internet works, and fact that we have allowed external embeds since the forum started, there is no way to set it up so that it won't annoy at least some users. :D

In the future, we will have to force users over to HTTPs, but for now it's optional.

I'll also look at those footer links on the main site and see if we can get them updated. Thank you for letting us know about those links.
