What does that story have to do with "shooting into a crowd?"
Shooting plastic pellets at police might be "suicide by cop" but it wasn't "shooting into a crowd." In fact, laws against providing the mentally ill with firearms seem to have worked in this case.

This is the thing. Recently trying to discuss this with friends and acquaintances has led me to wonder why we're even friends.
Did you see that the police to Dylan Roof to Burger King when he was in custody? I'm sure they would have done the same for a black shooter, except he/she would never have made it into custody.

If any of this is directed at me, know that I am only speaking to national news and local news. And of course it has a slant and we do not know everything. There are trends that at the very least are disturbing. Why does the media never suggest that a black shooter is mentally ill?
Oh, I'm pro gun and obtaining my CCW, so there's no need to make that assumption. I'm opposed to illegal gun ownership, and fully aware that gun control laws don't deter criminals.
