OP (since it's unclear how to address you) I'm curious - what is the purpose of posting basically the same stuff from different accounts over time? I'm genuinely curious.

Also yeah, this isn't a personal so it really doesn't belong in the personal section. I'm not sure where it belongs because it's 90% whining and insulting the community here and barely any explanation of what you offer or what you're looking for.

And since nobody, who commented on that post, wrote much about its content, because all were pre-occupied with denouncing the poster, deleting it will not be a sizeable loss felt by the Lit community either.

I really do not understand why someone needs alts and, where the hell do they find time to be all these ‘different personas’. Clearly though, if you are going to do it, you need to be awful clever at keeping up your correct appearances. Unlike Mr Forgetful up there ^^^

How Lit members seem to spend their time

To me the history of this thread provides a useful lesson on what moves Litsters; what they spend their time on.

One might assume that literary people would discuss the content of posts here, but that is not what happened. Instead the main interest of people motivated to post something, seems to be the character of others daring to post controversial stuff. Particularly when a chance arises, to discover a flaw in another person’s character.

Highly interesting, I’d say. Not a discussion about the substance of something, but rather a bickering about the form of it.

And another observation that frightens me: not a single voice has been discernible to me, which opposed this general trend of bashing a poster. I never expected that every one of my words runs into universal agreement, but I had hoped for a fairer reception of my thoughts, quite frankly.

Tells me how “litteral” Litsters have become since January of 2017. But only a fool would dare to make a connection with the political leadership if a society, I suppose.

It is NOT disagreeing with somebody, but the cowardly act, or the sheer laziness, of not writing a "dear John" mail for saying good-bye.

I generally very much agree that ghosting is inconsiderate at best and downright cruel at worst, but the personality that OP shows in his history of posts makes me more than a little sympathetic to anyone who might stumble into a conversation with him and then quickly realize that it's not worth their time. Someone as persistently negative, obtuse, and that can't take ownership of his own crap maybe doesn't deserve a 'dear John' letter. I suspect even if he got one his reply would be long a long winded recrimination of how she wasn't worth it anyway.

Ghosting sucks, but nobody owes anyone anything here, especially to obvious assholes.

And as you can see. Once anyone says anything he doesn't like. They are instantly the one in the wrong. He is well known for being a spiteful troll. This is why he keeps making new alts hoping for different outcomes. Same outcome will happen every time until he learns to change his behavior.
