Though that was only the first thought in my mind, seeing as this could also work in other categories. For now, I'll speak as though it's still incest.
A husband and wife, still active in bed after at least twenty years of being together, are finally coming out with some of their deeper desires. The wife's includes being blindfolded and taken.
Son (legal of course), who catches sounds of it from his room, winds up investigating, then peeping. He absorbs every bit of what's happening to his mother, and (in being attracted to her body) waits for a night that dad's... home but not in that part of the house, possibly home tonight but possibly not home (such as a late night of doing some recreation), something... to mimic everything his dad did with his mom. Fulfilling her fantasy over again under the safety net of not being seen.
It doesn't necessarily have to be incest, looking at it; it can fit with almost any normal relationship. Just seems most likely to be incestive.
