The issue with his immigration status is relevant because he'd been deported TWICE and still managed to come back and kill 2 people while driving drunk and being a public menace. Enforcement of the law tends to curtail larger transgressions.

So, had our immigration laws been enforced, instead of illegal aliens being pandered to for sympathy votes by our electorate, it's possible that those 2 people might still be alive,

People are dead because of someone being drunk when driving. That's the direct cause of their death. Not the illegal immigration.

If there was no drunk driving to kill people and the person was still behind the scenes making Americans' lives more comfortable by doing the jobs Americans won't do as most illegal immigrants typically do when living in America, then this thread doesn't exist, the OP goes to look for a new bogeyman and Americans still get murked by other Americans drinking and driving.

They have these stock phrases that they learned when they were supposed to be learning how to engage in rhetorical debate and they use those phrases instead of actually advancing a rhetorical argument.

I wasted about a full week wiith them on what is and isn't inscription and they still don't understand the concept.

Theu seem to beleive ascription means any position that you either don't want to defend or can't defend even if you staked out that position. They don't understand that you can stake out a position without saying Hi here's my position that I am staking out.
