Another food experiment

Interesting.
My daughter found one for London Broils that is very good. Find a good fajita mainade recipe and do the cuts on top and bottom, marinate overnight and grill to medium rare/medium.
We have tried 5 different mainades so far and have narrowed it to 2 we really like. :p

Hmmmm, London Broil.

The way I make that is as follows.

Buy a bottle or so of "House of Tsang Scechuan Sauce".

Take your top loin and score it top and bottom then marinate with some of the sauce.

The next day toss some butter in a fry pan and sear the piece of meat.

Now thin slice the meat against the grain. Put it back in the fry pan with some butter and some more of the sauce.

Serve with hot noodles and use the juice as a gravy.

Wow, if you decide to try the Bulgogi Recipe above cut the Soy Sauce down to 1/4 - 1/3 cup. (Not 4 cups.)

Sounds quite yummy actually. Also sounds like bukake...

You'll have to send me a recipe, or post one here. The only Bukake I know of doesn't have anything to do with cooking.

*Would be interested in exploring Bukake cooking* Fire... ;)

Lol - was referring to the name of it, not the act.

Never let yourself marinade after bukake :s
