literotica is always a grab bag of random responses and full of mixed results. There have been a couple of times I thought connection had been established only to find out it wasn’t what I thought. I’m not complaining, there are a lot of really nice people on here, just not always the perfect match. So here I go trying again. To be honest I’m not on here religiously and sometimes I take a bit to respond, I do better with kik or some other messaging platform. But as to what I’m looking for...

First off I’m married and 35, your age I don’t mind or your relationship status. But finding someone who recognizes how marriage is and often times can be lonely and needs not fully met is a plus. I have a variety of interests and can tak about most things. Personally I love sports, golf and football are at the top, but I just enjoy sports. I love the outdoors and am at the lake most of the summer camping and boating. I love reading and grew up on fantasy novels and every book form Tolkien and Lewis. I love movies and science fiction. All in all I’m looking for someone to chat with, pass the time with, become close friends and to enjoy each other and fill our days with some bit dirty talk. (You knew that was coming, I mean I am a guy)

I feel your pain, I think the problem is there are a lot of guys looking for a quick pic or instant naughty talk and as such it's sort of ruining it for quality guys, even quality married ones who want a little more but aren't scum bags about it. I am assuming your not a scum bag as if you are your post is an odd method.

Anyway it's no different than real life, you have to work the room, get to know people and build actual relationships for it to work. Sure a one off post may get you some messages but most will fall apart pretty quick. So take the time, find a good group and enjoy yourself. I mean you did get one response from a real life woman, so that's a start. Good luck, if you find a secret formula be sure to share, or keep it secret as no one cares about a non secret formula.

I feel compelled to reply to this response.

I'm sure it is accurate for many women. It is not so for me, though. I am married and understand the desire to engage in fantasy play unlike my real life. I appreciate my play partner's need for discretion and limited time as I expect he'd respect mine.

What I think occurs for most men is that a) there is clearly a preponderance of men and b) many fantasies run specific and deep.

For instance, I look for men over 50, with dark or gray hair and dark eyes, not too thin, very intelligent, in the US, not into heavy pain, boobs over ass, confident but not arrogant, no bi or gay tendencies, an interactive style that turns me on, a demonstration of respect in prior posts... I'm sure you get my point.

There's not always someone for everyone. And sometimes it seems right and goes awry or just gets boring or rl intrudes.

There's nothing wrong with your approach (other than your use of "add" instead of "ad"). Sometimes the fish bite. Sometimes they don't.

There are lots of amazing people on here. Sometimes I think it's just the chance circumstance of being on at the same time...and at the right time. I've had some amazing on-line and IRL experiences with a few women on here who've I've been lucky enough to meet. While I don't post much anymore, and rarely send PMs, I think the potential is still there Good luck, my friend!
