I'm thinking Madame Kitty Mama didn't see it as a story submission somehow and thought it was more of a news or gossip item. The rules are clear as are the ones related to Celebrity and Fan Fiction.

I'm thinking the breakdown was at the Submission process somewhere ... like we all know stories never get kicked back for the wrong reasons or anything.
