there's a game called sexy beach that my son was hinting about for ps2

If memory serves, I don't think it is. In the PC game I think it was a game where you could design your perfect hentai bikini girl then screw her.

OK, here's a couple of screen shots from Sexy Beach 2 for the PC. I assume that it's similar for PS2 but may be more sedate. Also as far as I can tell, it's only available in japanese, put supposedly there is a english 'patch' available. Not sure for PS2, so he may not even be able to run it at all.

I'll let you decide if it's 10yo appropriate:
