as the thread title suggests, i'm looking for ideas for group and one on one threads where we take established anime and video game characters and remove them from their settings and background

i'm considering doing the other Sailor Senshi in non SM rps...but i'd need ideas for them

I dunno...why don't we just make a "Super Anime Erotica Crossover" thread...how about a malevolent entity/deity kidnaps all the hottest, sexiest anime characters from across various dimensions and forces them to participate in some sort of...sexual olympics...? :D

seriously, gals...any female characters from any anime or video game....you tell me what setting you want to see the girls in, and i'll do what i can

OHHH me i wouldent mind being, Maria from star oceon, or tifa from FF7, or Any FFX and FFX-2 girl.

Star Ocean 4, actually...i prefer Celine or Chisato from SO2....i wouldn't mind doing a Lulu or Paine rp, or Tifa...did you have any settings in mind?

meteor merges ff7's world with Spira, and tifa lands right on the celcius.
Lulu and wakka are on the celcius to check out rikku's ride but meets paine and tifa and some plot insues, WITH LOTS O SEX.
Also i have only played SO:TtEoT

ah, see, you misunderstood...i meant taking video game or anime characters and putting them in more realistic settings

I agree with WinterFrost, that does sound hot.

How about:
Princess from Battle of the Planets?
Or female Android + Chi Chi + Trunks' Mum (can't remember her name) from Dragon Ball Z...?
Or the female ninja from Ninja Scroll?
Or perhaps Princess Mononoke?
Or Yuffie from Final Fantasy showing her (hitherto unseen) dominant side?

For those curious, FF7 and FFX's worlds are actually related. I haven't played FFX, but I've read much of the FF7 lore, and it's been acknowledged that Spira's inhabitants were the ancestors of FF7's world's people and that Shinra's descendants formed the well-known company.

As for putting anime/vg characters into a realistic world, I think that's something doable, but characters one has a passion for or who are based in semi-realistic settings will be easiest. For example, Faye of Cowboy Bebop, Tifa of FF7, or Cid Highwind from FF7. These characters are given a level of personality depth that isn't dependent on the game/anime they're in.

Personally, I'd probably only show up for a thread like that if I didn't have to commit a certain level of posting quality or time, or someone did a very well played Celes Chere.

good to see i'm not alone in the idea

also, according to Squaresoft, none of the games are related to each other except for the direct sequels, such as Dirge of Cerberus and FF7, or FFX and FFX2...however, since 12, Tactics, and Tactics Advance are all made by the same team, they are related to each other in most aspects

I'll get the actual quotes for you, then.

"The following interview was with the writer of FFVII, FFX and FFX-2, Kazushige Nojima. It appeared in the official Japanese FFX-2 Ultimania Guide:

-- Is there a connection between Shinra and FFVII?

Nojima: Yes, actually. After Shinra quit the Gullwings he got enormous financial backing from Rin and went to the Farplane to start extracting the Mako energy used by the Vegnagun. But the system for utilizing this energy could not be completed in his generation, so far in the future when space travel was possible, the Shinra Company was founded on another planet... or something like that. That would be a thousand years or so from this game's story.

-- And VII's story takes place after that?

Nojima: Well, you could say that's how I personally feel about it."

Nojima said literally, "This is my inner feeling." Inner feeling in Japanese context means personal truth. For example "I really hate winter." Person 2: "Oh really?" Person 1 "That's the feeling that I get/have."

As well, FF Tactics shares the same theme world as Tactics advance, though they are different worlds (FFTA being inspired by an outside work + FFT). However, FF12 uses the same world as Tactics (Valice and its races) and incorporates the Judges.

"Archadian Judge Magisters, leaders of the Judges who first appeared in Final Fantasy Tactics Advance, are featured prominently in the story. They are the supreme enforcers of Archadian law, and number five total: Gabranth, Ghis, Drace, Zargabaath, and Bergan. In addition, all of the races available in Final Fantasy Tactics Advance (Bangaa, Viera, Moogle, Nu Mou, and Hume) appear in Final Fantasy XII, joined by new races, Seeq, Garifs, Urutan-Yensas, Baknamys, Rebbes, and Helgas. There are also the immortal Occuria, often referred to as the "gods." "

actually, they are...they just go by a different species name...i believe they are the Seeq
