I wrote a little short story of the meat group going up against the veggies. Outside of dialogue I rewrote it from a directors point of view for each scene of how I'd like to have it played out. I'd like to make it into some short cheesy animation tale. Please suggest some software help (easy to work with programs please) as I'd cough up a few bucks to see my story reach another medium.

Thanks.

Not really my specialty

But I know a couple computer animators and it took them a lot of school. The work involved in animation, even with the most expensive software, is overwhelming and, usually, done by teams. Often, animation is contracted to companies in Asia.

However, technology is changing faster than I can keep up. I don't know how South Park and Chilly Beach were done.

Consider a comic book layout if animation is impractical. I've read some of your stuff and I think you can pull it off.

Try Macromedia Flash

Since I'm after the cheesy look...

Something basic will do. I need something to move mouths for dialogue. No problem doing something like South Park though.

Oh ya it's FREE! took me 8 hours to figure out i can turn out some cool shit. send me a PM and I'll e-mail you a couple things i did. but the sight has better examples and Forums and Forums of help and a Knolage base, like a searchable FAQ with everything you can image. Plus you can ask me questions too.
