How strange it felt to be flesh again....
Still, it felt glorious.
After another year of living as pure energy, there was something to be said about the solid form. The entire wall opposite me was mirrored, so I took a second to admire myself.
I was a man this time. Well formed. Dark hair. Dark complexion. Of no clear racial origin.
Still, I would stand out on this plain.
Which was a good thing.
Because I needed a lover.
And I only had 24 hours to find one.
When my time was up, I would be called back to duty.
Then, I would only be able to observe. And to guide.
Today, however, I would be able to live.
And love.....
