Android - Simplified View?

Not sure whether this is an Android question or an LE one. When I'm reading stories through the Chrome browser on my cell, a simplified view feature will sometimes pop up, to make the reading easier (larger font, other stuff stripped out). Occasionally, this will pop up on page 1 of a story. More often, it will pop up on the last page of the story.

My question is whether this is something that I can activate, it is something that has to be embedded in the submitted story or simply "Dunno...".
