So when you look at your book on Amazon at the bottom of the page they show you other titles similar to yours people either viewed or purchased.
They show 8 then you can scroll through. Here are two titles on the first 8

So three profanity laced titles in ten. There are thousands of books with titles like this and the indy erotica authors scratch their heads and wonder why Amazon is "burying" us.
Now first let me rake Amazon. Obviously they cannot revieew all material put through to them. Laurel can't keep up with 75 stories a day Amazon must get thousands.
But....you cannot tell me that they cannot come up with a way to at least screen a title or a cover that features nudity. Smashwords does. On their site almost anything goes, but if you want to go through to premium and ne in Apple and B&N they will block it.
Now these books do not contain content much different from any of mine or others here, its the title that is disgusting.
You can't come up with a title that has no swearing? Or do they think it makes it sell better? I've used photos that have had some nudity and either cropped it or put text across the "bits". Is this too much for other people to do?
regardless its these irresponsible people lacking common sense that ruins it for all and has amazon acting like we're all dirty little secrets they need to be ashamed of.
I know there is nothing to be done with this, just a quick vent. Because like many things in life a few usually manage to screw it p for the many.
