First day at my new job. A rather easy job. AND I get paid by the hour, not by the effort!
I'll start out a little slow at first, seeing as I have a contract with another firm until the 27th of August, but after that, I can sign up for every shift there is, work 21 hours/week, and make enough money to get away from Social Security!
For the first time in YEARS, I have the chance to be financially independent!
It will be hard to quit my other job, because the coworkers are truly wonderful to work with, but I owe it to myself to take this chance that I've been waiting for for so many years.
