...yes, the wait for my first Lit story to be approved (assuming that it IS). Wish me luck, ladies and gents. I got permission from Sev to use one of his characters. Nice chap, that Sev. Let me stay over at his place for a couple of times.

He's very nice. But be careful.

Don't go into the basement . . .

;)

Oh, and congratulations and good luck on your first story!

welcome to the AH. :)

Thanks. I'm just a friend of Sev's, that he encouraged to come over here (or is that CUM over here). We both got an idea for a story and ran with it in different directions, well, slightly different. I borrowed one of his characters and took his counsel to "Americanize" certain words of the King's English (or is that the Queen's). In return, I suggested a few things for his version of the same basic theme. The essential idea is a same-sex couple who are both omnisexual men. They allow each other to get their straight sex elsewhere. A lot of different ways it can go.

I've always used "come" as I find saying something like "welcum" rather precious (it hurts my teeth, like nails on a chalkboard), but you do whatever you like.

Ah, thank you again. That's rather sweet of you. Didn't mean to annoy you. LOL. My sense of humour is often connected to double entendres, that's all. Nice username, btw. Kind of dark, but in a way that indicates a friendly side as well as a nasty one. Clever. Kind of wonder what "rez girl" means?

Thank you. I've been called Cloudy since I was very young, so I can't take credit for it, I'm afraid. My grandmother called me a "little cloud" and it became shortened once I was in jr. high, and just stuck.

It suits me, and I'm very used to it by now.

My grandparents just used my "Christian" name. That's what they called it (being rather old-fashioned Anglican folks). Odd, given that I turned into a Sun worshipper (hence the Helios part). No clever nicknames. I'll try to contain the envy.

when you're Indian, you end up with nicknames, believe me. Most of the people on the rez I have to really think to come up with their real names vs. Toad, Horse, Juice, Bulldog, etc....

"Bama" is another one of mine, but it's more recent. :)

Cloudy is probably a better nick than Running Pussy Juices, or some such.

:cathappy:

(Hey gorgeous! )

Ah, you're a Native American. Okay. That explains the "rez girl" part too.

I heard about this story! Yes, he shared it with me too, I offered the idea of Valium. There's always room for Valium. :cathappy:

Welcome to the AH. Have fun.

Hi, Chris, and welcome to the AH and the world of writing smutty stories. :) I say "cum" as a synonym for climax or semen or whatever a woman's juices would be called. Otherwise, I say come. My family always called me George but my friends sometimes called me Box or Boxy or other short forms of my last name. :D

Hey, there, Chris. Congrats on getting your story submitted and good luck with it. I just hope that my version gets up there soon. Should be fun. Oh, I think that Tegan got confused about which story it is. For me, it's a reworked version of an older story of mine. She suggested Valium for the wife in a different story. But I understand the confusion. And I appreciate her advice.

Oh, and thank you, guys, for being good to Chris. Glad he feels welcome (or welcum, depending on your preference).

He suggested a couple of names for my version, of course. I gave him some advice on how to "Americanize" the story, as he puts it. He is new to the States and all, being a native Rhodesian (that's Zimbabwean, legally speaking, but he doesn't like that name for his country).

I don't like the name for that country either. :p

Understandable. By the way, that Valium suggestion was REALLY helpful. I still need get that (among many) stories up. That's the one with the man in the marriage of convenience to the socialite. Where both have them are having affairs, but neither talks about it openly to the other or any of their social circle.

Good luck. And don't worry, it will be. As long as you didn't use the word mecrab. They hate that.

"Mecrab"? Never heard of it before myself. Wonder if Chris has.
