Writing is hard, even for the most experienced writer. Plot, characters, timing, rhythm, all those and more are needed to make up a good story.

Yet, as many non-English speakers/writers discover, the English language is fraught with deceptively devious words which do not sound the way they are written, even though they are nearly identical another word!

When you have a moment, kindly read the following poem and see if you can speak it correctly.

Easy, peasy (<-- not a real word) for me. Of course I've spoken English for over 60 years. Then there are the context cues / ques, that let us know how the word in question will be pronounced, that has probably taken our whole young adult life to learn. In most cases.

I did pretty good considering I've been speaking English my whole life of 35 years. But than again, I am an American so my English can't expected to be perfect lol.
