Addams family for me.

It's actually kind of tough because although the Addams Family has the best characters, the Munsters was more of an everyman kind of show.
Probably Addams but just barely.

Also, I just love Gomez' eternal optimism. The guy and his brood are the darkest most morbid people in the world yet Gomez was always seeing the bright side of things even if there really wasn't a bright side. Great character.
