It IS necessary - I cleared my bank account to pay for it (Thanx Granny for paying half of it !!). If somebody wants to get lucky after/during the ball with me I'll insist to keep the dress on. It feels so nice on my skin. The only thing that is a bit annoying is that I cant wear a bra with it.

LOL the top does sit really firmly - I asked to have a hidden elastic band incorporated into it so it wont slide down. I have big boobs though so I have to wear one of those invisible bras you stick on. You have NO idea how much it hurts pulling this bra off your skin again. LOL
