And as the sun sets for the Republican mindset, I'd just like to say

I warned you, I told you, I instructed you on what to expect. And now it's happening. :)

Time's up, clock's dead, and all that.

http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20060310/ap_on_go_pr_wh/bush_ap_poll

Even elected Republicans are now starting to abandon their own ship.

The gutting of social security has been averted.
70% of Republicans polled say there'll be civil war in Iraq.
70% of Americans see America going in the wrong direction under the Republican Party.
Elected Republicans are running away from Bush on a variety of issues.

Time to stick your heads back in the sand, Neo cons.

It was one thing for me to stand around calling you a bunch of losers. But now the whole country is, too. Whatcha got to say now?

:D

Sounds like Clinton's last two years.

Different issues, same results.
Ayup. The Republicans won't learn until it's too late that what happened to the Democrats because of Clinton, can happen to the GOP because of Bush.

I expect a lot of people will be using their ignore on me instead of just talking shit about it after 2006 and 2008 because this place is going to be fucking unbearable for them. :)

Nah. In some ways the nicest thing that could happen for Republicans is to see a liberal Democrat elected as the next POTUS. Then they can sit back and complain for four years about the horrible President.

Well the I told you so stuff does get tedious.

Oh, that'll be fun. We can start accusing them of whining and chicken little-ism.

Oh, we Democrats will remember the 00 years, and we'll be chomping at the bit to give the Republicans a taste of their own medicine. :)

So do people who don't read the warning signs.

The problem is, an ignore function is useless when a lot of angry Democrats are all laughing at you, and it is even colder comfort when you walk outside and see the world turning against you. :)

I remember that it was called the 70s.

As they will you. That's the beauty of it. Everyone gets a turn at bat.

Maybe, but Bush hasn't lied to a Federal judge yet.
He lied to and spied on the American people. Not that they're much of anything to you, of course.

Clinton didn't kill 2000 men based on a lie either.

By a 47-36 margin, people favor Democrats over Republicans when they are asked who should control Congress.

Wonder if that means anything....

Not if you examine it with a historical perspective youngster, but you have no point of reference other than Bush do you? A man has to know his limitations LT, and you certainly have your's.

Hehe, no but he killed a bunch of civilians knocking out an Aspirin factory to cover up a blow job.[/QUOTE]
Sorry, Bush killed more civilians than that in Iraq. Repeatedly. There's also the kidnapping the wives of suspects to force confessions thing, Abu Ghraib, imprisoning people at Guantanamo without charging them, etc. etc. etc.

So...you're LT. I was warned about you. I see the warnings were not exaggerated.

Yet another pathetic neo con who's fucked up mad because I'm not wrong.

I don't know. I have always look at the world being against me. I have been cynical since I was a young man. I expect nothing from either party, just going with the one that is going to take less. Right now it is a toss up. They are both corrupt. They both have a flagrant disregard for the average person. They both lie twist and manipulate the facts to suit their needs. They both play to the fringe members to divide the majority.

You know as well as I do that most people in this country are just getting by. We are the lucky ones that have some extra resources through either hard work, brains luck, or all of the above. Most of us just want to hold on to what we have, and do the best for our families. Both parties, by what ever means, to what they can to rod us of our hard work to line the pockets of their friends, or constituencies. I see very little difference between the two. One got us into the current war, and the other got us in to the two before that. Both have picked our pockets for less then the common good.

Any one here can cut and paste all kinds of articles, and present arguments and counter arguments. The fact remains we really have one party with two factions because the Dems & the Rep. want it that way. It is a nice neat little club. FDR is dead, Goldwater is dead. We are left with people who run the country that are beholding to the people who paid the money to get them there, and not the people like you and me and most of the people here who pay all the bills for their needless spending.

If ForeverNAlways isn't a "pathetic neo-con", then you are wrong.
