Okay, I'm going to respond based on what I believed was your original unedited post.

I don't think that you should try and put your cock right into her ass without some warning. Your cock is probably bigger than your finger, and it might feel uncomfortable to her. I don't know how open minded your wife is, but maybe you could watch some anal porn, or even read some anal stories on Lit and judge her reaction. Anal is not something that can really just "happen" IMO.
