Training

Training can, of course, mean a lot of things to a lot of people. Here's my suggestions.


First, I insist on cleanliness. That means that you should give yourself a thorough enema about four to six hours before you want to be used anally. When I mean thorough, I mean the water should be as clear coming out as it is going in. Don't worry, it isn't as bad as most people think it is. The four to six hour wait is necessary for the colon to re-absorb any water not fully expelled. Don't eat for a good three hours prior to the enema and stay hungry until you've been well-used.


Second, get a good quality lube and use lots of it. Astro-glide is what I recommend. It doesn't get sticky like KY does.

Third, use a dildo with something on the end (like a nice set of fake balls) that will keep you from shoving it all the way inside. Take it nice and deep, but if it disappears inside there, well, you have an embarrassing trip to the ER ahead. (Of course, you might meet a nice nurse who would help you train...)
