Story was written from female POV if I remember correctly. It was not in a series and I believe was fairly short such as 1-2 pages. She had messed something up and when she went to his house he had decided that her punishment would be to fuck her in the ass for the first time. Throughout the story it seemed to have a noncon/force type of vibe but in the end, it turned out they were lovers and he provided good after care. She was very descriptive about her feelings and the overall experience as it was happening. The actual fucking may have been in a room in a house set up as a dungeon of sorts.
