Anal douching tips needed

I am a man. About 5 or 6 months I started having sex with transgender women. Condoms are used. I top and bottom. Anytime I have bottomed for a girl of average length there haven't been any problems with cleanliness. I think I have cleaned myself sufficiently. But the couple times I have bottomed for girls who are about average there has been a little bit of a mess. I was just wondering if anyone else experience or had any thoughts of what I might be doing wrong.

Do you douche with water? Do you use a syringe or other device to inject water up your rectum? Knowing what you currently are doing might help in diagnosing what’s wrong.

I use a drugstore enema bottle but pour out the laxative and replace with lukewarm water. I try not to eat much a few hours prior to activity and I rinse with one bottle full 5 or 6 times until it runs clear - about 2 hours ahead of time. Then once or twice more about 30 min ahead and I've never had problems.

Also, diet matters. Try cleaning up your diet and adding a tablespoon of psyllium husk in water with each meal (tastes terrible. Just chug it).

It is but like anything else, it depends how good a result you want.
The full on douche gives a result not far short of colonic irrigation, so things that go in there later come out sparkling clean. But it isn't good for you to regularly douche that thoroughly.
The little bulb douche is often good enough but it does not deep clean.
The loperamide tablet still helps in the absence of anything else, as does the iron supplement.
Or you can just go for it and often it will be OK anyway, provided you stay out of the coffee shop and curry house.

If I know we'll be playing with enough advance warning, then I use an 'old time' water bladder kit, and fill the bladder several times, just to be sure everything is out of there. If it's a more spontaneous situation, it's cool because it wasn't planned, but not so cool because I don't want that turning into a smelly mess.

I douch myself regularly (usually before a pre-sex shower) but my wife isn't comfortable with doing it to me. She's also not comfortable with douching herself. She's not into anal so we don't have to worry about it too much - although we do use a butt plug on her almost every time and I to rim her

She pegs me occasionally so being clean helps for that for sure.

Lol I've considered the idea of telling the doc just do it. No anesthesia needed... I've had some pretty big stuff up there, and my cleaning method seems to work just fine. I don't need 48hrs of unstoppable diarrhea and stomach cramps for you to see my insides

clueless here, how big are those colonoscopy things?

Routine medical procedure for people over 40. Like once every ten years (but can vary depending on what they find, other health conditions, etc.
Basically you start prepping the day before: only liquids (no solid foods), laxatives to empty your lower gastrointestinal tract.
Then you go into clinic/hospital where they sedate you and then insert a thin cable with a camera on the end into your bum and through your colon. They look for things that would indicate cancer or other problems.

Not an expert at all but I think some of the sedation is due to the medical team pumping air into your bowels to expand everything so they get an unobstructed view of the total surface area. The scope is thin and can bend around corners as they push it in. Everything just works better if the patient is out and not complaining. There are likely folks here that can correct anything I got wrong.

I once had a flexible sigmoidoscopy which does not go in as far as a colonoscopy.
Since I use butt plugs, I thought it would be OK without a relaxant but I was wrong and I went into mild shock after the procedure.

Start Drink water soluble fiber along with two tabs is chocolate lax. Cpl three times a week. This will save you money and you become regular . You shouldn’t have to clean the the ejector pipe. Plus it’s healthier, Or follow the instructions on the enema package. Especially if you’re fudge packing in the morning.

In a pinch, put a 16-20oz water bottle up to your sphincter (a little lube or soap to get it in just a touch) and squeeze it in to your rectum, hold it for a bit (a min or so) then push it out (in the toilet - otherwise there will be a mess to clean up)... repeat a few times until its "clean"... it is easier if you have a tip to an enema bottle to get inside, but, again, in a pinch you can do without

douching cleans the anus. it also loosens and reduces the fitment.reduces sensation of the receiver. My ex used to feel thrilled when the penis was slightly smeared. but opinions differ. i respect all.

Over douching is a bad thing on a regular basis however if you are going to have marathon anal or fisting then Dougherty until clear water comes out. Then wait a couple of hours for the excess water to absorb.
