An old man who literally turns his wife into a bitch

So I read it a long time ago and I'm not even sure if I read it here. There's a guy who has a farm with lots of dogs. His wife does something bad, i'm not quite sure what, so the guy cuts the tendons under her wife's knees and I think cuts off parts of her fingers, and literally turns her into a bitch. like, the wife lives with the dogs and stuff. Eventually she has a daughter, and the guy almost immediately does the same thing to her, too. And the daughter grows up like a dog. Eventually, like years later, both the wife and the daughter die, and the now old guy buries his daughter himself. And this whole thing is written in a journal that belonged to the old man, and a guy with kids who's now owner of the farm or something is reading it. I dunno. Maybe it was in a different site, but it was a dark ass story and there's this morbid curiousity that'll be killing me until I find the story, so.
