A new supervillain has hit the streets. They're not the strongest or most powerful but they have a power that lets them win almost any encounter: they can warp reality to make it a cheap porno.
For example: stealing a gem. The advanced tripwire system becomes some pieces of red string and even if they get caught, even the most professional guards will decide they need to fuck her before calling the cops (and even if they handcuff her, it's a cheap prop she can get out of)
Once she's done the deed, she lets reality resume and makes off with the gem.
Fights with other heroes: like above she could convince them that fucking her would be a better use of time but she can also mess with their personalities, either making their secret kink sides come out (turns out the superman expy is a big time sub) or fantasy personalities that the public has about them (the tough female vigilante hungers for cum, the twin heroes are fucking, the quiet superheroine is secretly an exhibtionist, etc.).
of course, Villain could also be a guy and or the story could be about how it's far from perfect as a power (for example, a hero is secretly or people fantasize about the being a dominatrix. Obeying porno rules, the villain can't resist her and letting reality resumes still winds up with them tied or locked up, additionally, heroes might start bringing props of their own to help out: inflatable octopus suddenly becomes a tentacle monster once porno rules activate, cardboard tubes become prison bars once reality kicks in, etc.)
