An idea, or question, or whatever

Just curious. While I haven't been posting on the boards for very long, I have been reading the posts, and the stories for a while. It seems to me that for the most part, this seems to be a very tight community, and I'm happy to be here. In a few short days, I've made several friends. I guess my question is has anyone considered having a sort of Lit get together? Not at someone's house or anything like that, but more of a vacation type of deal. A bunch of lit members having their own sort of "convention" of sorts. Heck, I'm sure with the people around here, the activities would be much more interesting for some unsuspecting hotel staff than a normal convention!!! LOL I mean, it's just an idea, and it would take planning I'm sure by several people, but I'm curious if it's ever came up before my time here?

Well Bri, honestly, I feel the same about some of the members on this board as well. However, I also think that those are the members who would also most likely stay away. I mean, no one wants to have everyone against them! LOL

Aye. There are some extremely interesting and also kind people here. Most of us are shockingly, boringly normal. Agreed. And I do not think that just because someone writes nonconsent stories, they have problematic impulses. I understand the line between fantasy and reality.

All that warm fuzzy stuff said, there are still individuals here who scare the shit out of me, for legitimate reasons, and a Lit holiday would not be on the agenda for me.

Which is not to say that the should one occur, I don't wish all holiday goers the very best time
